Anosmia is the inability to smell. I can't smell. So Anosmium is about the condition of having Anosmia and how insignificant a sense it really is. It's a nod to evolution and how the sense of smell for humans is truly worthless compared to the others. You could go your whole live and no one else would ever know you couldn't smell - until you wrote a song about it.
